How can I track an item that I just purchased?
Follow these steps to help you find your order status.

  1. The fastest and simplest way is to call our customer support team at our Toll free number 888-334-4327 and let us help you.
  2. Every order that we receive we make sure to provide our customers with a tracking number for their purchase via email. If you did not receive the email tracking number confirmation or purchase confirmation than simply log into your account and look up your tracking number. NOTE: When you purchased your item you might have registered or simple opened an account in within our store use that same username and password to login to your account.
  3. Once you have your tracking number visit our tracking page with in our site and place the tracking number within the appropriate box. NOTE: Their are two types of tracking numbers boxes our Delta Force Gear tracking box which is our 10 digit tracking number which will look like such i.e. 005000-000 or UPS's tracking number: i.e. 15Z23KJKJL23431KJK so please make sure to place the tracking number with the proper box.

If you need any further assistance for for some reason your tracking number is not working please feel free to call us. Don't hesitate please call and we will help you track your item!

Yes, though the shipping might take longer because of the custom shipping.

General Shipping Information
In-stock items ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Priority Mail. Depending on the availability of the item(s) if not on back order item(s) may ship separately, and may take 3 to 5 business days for delivery in the US Continental addresses. Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies depending on manufacturer. 

NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by the volume and weight of your order. These charges will appear on the order form screen at the time of check out. Shipping is FREE on Orders Over $175.00

No Free Shipping to Canada!
Unfortunately due to the large increase in shipping an item to Canada that we incur we are not able to apply the free shipping to your purchase. Any Canadian purchases will be charge for the shipping.

-Return/Exchange Policy-


Can I return or exchange an item?
Delta Force Gear will gratefully accept any item(s) you wish to return. No hassle or question will be asked insofar as the item(s) are in re-sellable condition. Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return.  We will not be responsible for all the shipping charges and administrative fees.  If the correct item is shipped, and it is in re-sellable conditions and the customer requests an exchange, the customer will be notified of additional shipping charges before the refund/exchange is completed. Due to shipping and credit card processing fees we incur on each order, we must charge a 20% restocking fee, and you will be charged for shipping. The shipping charge applies to all orders, including those that received free shipping.

You can return your Delta Force Gear Store purchases by following these instructions:

  1. Please contact us for an RMA # before you return any item(s)

  2. Write the reason for the return on your invoice and include it with your return.  If you don't have the invoice, write your full name and address as it was given when you placed the order.

  3. Specify whether you want a return or exchange.

  4. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want, by providing the us with the SKU: number located below the item's product information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
